What are some good afghan dishes?

i'm having an afghan dinner party for some friends. was wondering what some nice afghan dishes might be to cook.

vegetarian and non veg please. :D

I think its cruel eating afghans but there you go. Knock him out then you can boil,bake or fry. Pop him on the bbq and serve him up with a chilli dip and some cucumber yoghurt or you can just spit roast the little bugger and let everyone hack a chunk off. Enjoy.

Im not afghan im pakistani so i dont know too much.. but kabobs on squers are always good at afghan parties ive been to. Also this pink tea that they always have is always at all afghan get-to-gethers. Look up on google how to make that tea and just make some kabobs.
