  1. stretch before every workout. run 2 miles a day. do suicides (running excercise). jump with leg weights. do crunches and pushups and you will see results in about a month if you workout hard and long every day

    as for your vert honestly just go to a hoop and you jump the h**l out of your skin and do some strength exercises and you'll be good i got a 3 ft vert from it

  3. Search websites. But do not jump with ankle weights on. Even walking with ankle weights is bad. People think it makes your stronger. All it does it wear the musle and cartilage down in your knee.

  4. try doing running exercises while dribbling the basketball, it will help you handle the ball while running up and down the court. to get more hops

    try jumping up and down with ankle weights. to get stronger try doing push ups or lift weights. keep practicing on jump shots and layups to become better. on defense use the defensive stance. make sure you stretch before and after you do any of exercises to reduce the risk of injuries.
