  2. You question poses contradictory information: Great net / 100-150 dollars.  You'll need to drop about $300 bones minimum for a decent net.  That's rock bottom price, too.  More like $5-600 for a "great" net. I paid 300 for a Sun-and-sport, and it lasted me about 10 years. Held up well to very competitive play.  But it definately showed signs of wear after 10 years in the sun, and I had to jury rig some repairs over the years.  I had friends that had COBRA nets. They were very nice, required no support lines.  The actual stancions flexed which provided the tension on the net.  They were about 500 I think.  Bottom line, if you only pay about 100, you'll get a cheap set up that'll probably tear or fall down if you play competitively on it. Go online, or visit your local volleyball retailer.  Stay away from Wally World if you want something quality.
