I have to read a nonfiction book and I don't want to get stuck with a boring person.

  1. Some people who have led interesting lives and have many books about them are:

Elizabeth I of England, Eleanor of Aquitane,(Queen of both France and England) Helen Keller, George Sand (female writer)  Beethoven

One of my Favorites is "Surely you're Joking, Mr Feynman, Adventures of a Curious Character."  (He has a very wacky point of view and led a verying interesting life.)

  2. i love reading biographies :) here's my list:

    1. heavier than heaven by charles r. cross- this is nirvana's kurt cobain's biography. it is absolutely stellar! you won't get bored at all.

    2. read any jim morrison (the doors) biography- he was a very exciting person, so any biography would do.

    as for autobiographies...

    1. scar tissue - (red hot chili peppers frontman anthony kiedis) this was a crazy book!! i just kept laughing the whole time. this one was hilarious.

    2. slash - i am currently reading this one, so far, it's been very interesting.

  3. The Heroine Diaries- Nikki Sixx

    Slash-Slash

    Tommyland- Tommy Lee

  4. Edgar Allen Poe is extremely interesting. Along with Vincent Van Gogh. If you're attracted to tragedy at all, they're the way to go, and I'm sure that there're some biographies on them.

  5. There is an excellent biography by Dr. Ben Carson called "Gifted Hands".  If you enjoy the medical field, and an overall feel-good story, this is the one.  I've read it.  I also know the good doctor personally.  He operated on me in 1988.
