  10. Try some Nora Roberts. She isn't graphic so it will be good for your age and still be  focused on the romance.

  11. Shannon Hale writes very good romance fantasy books. Her novels are normally based on a little-known fairy tale and are interesting. I would suggest reading Princess Academy first, then Goose Girl (which is the first in a series).

    I also suggest Jane Austen. She wrote fantastic novels. I would suggest starting with Sense and Sensibility and Pride and Prejudice.
