What are some good books like Harry Potter. I just read all of them and I thought they were amazing. I don't know any other good books like them.

You will LOVE these. I am a huge Harry Potter fan and this series is one of my favorites. Like Harry Potter, these books are set in England(in the Victorian Era though) and invlove a lot of magic and a boarding school reminiscent of Hogwarts.

The Gemma Doyle trilogy by Libba Bray are great books.

1st book- A Great and Terrible Beauty

2nd book- Rebel Angels

3rd book- The Sweet Far Thing

These books have a variety of different themes intertwined-fantasy,romance, and action.

It depends on how old you are and how strong of a reader you are. The Midnight for Charlie Bone series is for middle school kids and is very similar to Harry Potter. The Twilight series is wildly popular, but I would only recommend it for grades 7 and up. Eragon is another series, longer and a bit more challenging than Harry Potter, but great.

The Twilight Series isn't like HP at all. I don't recomend them at all; I think theyre awful. The only series I can think of right now is Eragon, but there arent alot of series that are similar to HP.

Um, I would say the Phillip Pullman books are kinda similar. The Amber Spyglass, His Dark Material, and The Golden Compass are books written by Pullman. Another good author thats for a little bit older kids (Id say teens) is Pierce Anthony. For great books for most age groups Tamora Pierce cant be beat!

the pure dead series is awesome. its extemely unique and exciting with a ton of action and adventure (especially the last book) and its not nerdy like some books are, its set in the modern era with a modern family, with a few twists of course. if you love harry potter, you'll love these books also, trust me.

Some really good books I have read (if you are into fantasy) are:

-The Orbenewtyn Chronicles by Isobelle Carmody

-The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S Lewis

-His Dark Materials Philip Pullman and

-the Percy Jackson series by Rick Riordan

the Twilight books by Stephanie Meyer are supposed to be really good, I haven't read them because every time I go to the library they are always out.

Another good series is A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket-they're really clever and funny.

Oh, and I just remembered, the Charlie Bone/Childeren of the Red King books are really good. It all depends on your age, I guess.
