I'm looking for some good informative books that provide theories on international relations, specifically in reference to the United States' place in international relations. I'd like different books with multiple viewpoints so that I can get as many sides of the issues as possible.

Topics can include war, economics, political systems, etc. Anything that has to do with the U.S.'s role in international relations is good.

Any suggestions?

  1. I really enjoyed Ron Paul's "Revolution: A Manifesto"

Even though he is no longer in the running, his ideas REALLY make sense. It's good reading if you have an open mind :-)

  2. Try "Confessions of an Economic Hitman",by John Perkins.
