Hawaiian Luau with tikki bar that has nonalcoholic daiquiris and pina coladas. Hula dancing, lots of fun music, limbo.

or you can have a dance with a DJ. Disco party, or rent a bunch a movies to watch and have popcorn, drinks, and candy. you could roast marshmallows and makes smores. go to dinner and movie. squirt gun fight and water balloon fight, girls vs. boys volleyball or soccer. rent a moon bounce- my friends did this for their 16th bday and they loved it. anything with music makes all the awkward moments disappear.

just have a pool party or a BBQ or skating...or..a luau themed party or have a early super sweet 16 partyy...

like   a have a color theme like black & white / purple && white and every1 has to dress that color cept u...and get ur invitations printed on silicon bracelets in colors according to ur  theme [[use this website ;; www.wristbandconnection.com]]

and hire   a dj or get every1 to bring their favorite CDs.... and as "goodie-bags" give idk...candy[?]...something small...like persinalized keychains or sumthing...

You can rent a place to have it and you can have a small "sweet sixteen". Or like I did you can have it in your backyard...if it's pretty big....mine is cuz I livbe in a big house...(it's actually a mansion but I think ppl who call them mansions and brag are spoiled lil brats theats why I dont say mansion). You can have a whole theme and invite people personally. Or you can just have a party in your house with balloons and party decorations. Some fun games and great music to play and dance to. Invite people that won't get into a fight and will get along. Also, try not to have parents around and if you have the worry type of parents then just tell them to check on the party once in a while and not to stay there...cuz trust me it has happened to me and it was a huge embarassment. You dont want that. I used to think that that kind of stuff only happened on TV...but it doesnt it can also happen in real life.
