What are some good buffets in Bay Area?

We're throwing a surprise birthday dinner for a friend. What are some good buffets (under $20 per person) in the Bay Area? (San Jose, Milpitas, Cupertino, Santa Clara, etc.)

There are some Chinese food buffets in several cities.  In addition to Hometown, there's Fresh Choice  and even Tomatoes in Sunnyvale.

Like hometown buffet is the only one i can think of. Maybe a hot pot somewhere.
