Just like interesting sandwiches to eat at work, I guess. No dietary restrictions. I suppose healthy would be a preference, but when isn't it?

  1. Canned or boiled chicken , mayo, and add diced veggies of ur choice. Or you can do chicken, a tbs of peanut butter a few drops of soy, thawed frozen peas and carrots with leafy greens and tomato in a wrap. Peanut butter and cheddar melted in a microwave with apples is awesome.  Tuna with cheese also yummy. Roast veggies in the oven and put them on a crusty bread. I sometimes top it with cottage cheese.

  2. get some Turkey sandwiches or chicken with mayo and mustard and add little pieces of onion into it! or you can add grapes is always good but turkey is the best!! dont add anything else to it!

  3. Poor man's falafels:

Buy pita bread, cucumber, lettuce, tomatoes and onion - stuff them in the pita bread with humus

  4. Buy some tuna and mix in some mustard and mayo and some celery chopped up and maybe a onion and some relish its good and needs a cold pack to take to to work or a fridge. Or try same with a canned chicken they are low in fat high in protein and very healthy.

I like a a black forest ham, Pastrami and turkey with some fresh

swiss or provalone cheese and some fresh olives and pepperochini

peppers. Add maybe a open sliced tomato and a side of coleslaw.

  5. I think the best thing to fool around with is different kinds of condiments. I love guacamole and turkey with plenty of veggies. By now I'm sure that you know what you like and what you don't. Go to a gourmet food store at an outlet center and grab a couple different kinds of mustards or spreads.. that will jazz it up for you!

  6. Peanut Butter & Jelly with Cheetos in it ! YUM !!

  7. Just keep a supply of bread, meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onions, mayo and mustard on hand. Shop multiple store to find the best deals. Packaged deli meats are great. Try to find the generic brands if you want to save money. This applies to breads and cheeses too. Bacon and fried eggs are great in a sandwich too. Mix and match ingredients to find great tasting flavor combinations! Happy eating!

  8. Check these out!!! Your co-workers will attack you for it!

  14. Sandwiches:- Double Deckers.

    3 Slices of bread.

    Tomato. Sliced

    Cold Meat.

    Seasonings.

    Spread bread.

Place fillings on two of the slices of bread and season.

Stack one on top of the other and top with the third slice, spread side down and cut into diagonals or cubes.

  15. I'm a sandwich lover myself. The worst thing is opeing your lunch bag and finding soggy bread. Use flatbreads and make a wrap instead. They are less porous and will hold in all the sauces and juicy goodness of the flavors.

    Depending on your taste:

    1) Turkey/bacon/ranch club w/ tomato and mayo.

    2) Tuna with mayo, pickle and lettuce.

    3) Cold cuts, cheese, mustard, pickle.

    4) Cooked chicken breast (real meat, not slices), hot sauce, ranch, lettuce.

  16. peanut butter and banana, peanut butter and bacon, peanut butter and jelly, bacon lettuce and tomato, tuna, egg salad, ham, cheese, a mix of ham and cheese, roast beef, corned beef, pastrami, turkey, chicken, leftover meatloaf is pretty good, I've heard tongue makes a good sandwich but it kinda doesn't seem right to me. the deviled meat spreads are ok once in a great while. spam is better after its been pan fried. fried egg won't keep till lunch. the best way to keep it healthy is go light on the mayo.

  17. Anything with bread meat and cheese...mayo or mustard if you like.

Create something with the foods on sale you can find.

  18. peanut butter and fluff!!!! yummy!

  19. PB&J; whole wheat bread with mustard, turkey, cheese, lettuce, tomato, & avocado...yummmmm

  20. tuna fish

    egg salad sandwich

  21. BLT with ham and cheese, philly steak & cheese, tuna melt, chicken lettuce tomato honey mustard dressing.

  22. To make it more healthy, you can use whole wheat bread.

Skip the mayo. It's icky. Here's some I like:

Tomato, lettuce, and chicken or turkey breast.

Veggie sandwhich, pile your favorite veggies on it. I like Cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce, and celery. yes, celery.

    Things of that general matter.
