What are some good cheers for volleyball that pump you up before the game?

what a volleyball team can do before a game to warm you up like ride your pony and pump it up.. those are the only 2 and i need more asap!

Bump it, Set it, Spike it! That's the way we like it! To play a little game we call, Good Ole Volleyball!

Our team used to line up on the baseline, and each team member would go down the line and give everyone a "high 10" and everyone would yell, "ayyy" "ayyy" "ayyy" every time there was a high 10.

We had another one to the tune of smack that by akon:

spike it, down on the floor

serve it, give them some more

pass it, till you get sore,

set it, ooooh

When doing a pre game passing drill.

1: my name is (anna) and I am proud, that's why im yelling, so very loud

team: her name is (anna) and she is proud, that's why she's yelling, so very loud.

Go through this with a couple of girls, end it with everyone yelling,

"We are the (knights) and we are proud. thats why we're yelling so very loud"

the team gets in a circle and starts clapping their hands

i.e. hey stacy

hey what

are you ready?

for what

(unison) to bust a to bust a move

put your hands up high put your hands down low

(stacy busts a move) and says this is how you gigalow

the team repeats it

the cycle starts over again with stacy saying it.

we would always pass to warm up and while we were doing that we'd stomp and clap?

not sure if this helps...

(Team)- Uh Huh Uh Huh

(You)- Can't Beat You Up Like The [teams mascot] Can.

Then Another Girl Goes And So On And So On.
