Shoji doors as a head-board, simple, clean-lined furniture, sparse furnishings but lavish colors in primary colors, simple wooden or bamboo blinds, dark rich woods.

Try putting dragon posters and make your room Chinese colour: Red and Gold. Put some vases and have a few antic fans.

Red paint or wallpaper, black lacquered objects, gold accents, Chinese lanterns, water feature, always something green  like a small orange tree, fans (paper), calligraphy, nature painting, wicker.
