What are some good colleges that have an excellent art program?

I know about the University of Texas but that's about it...are there any other good ones? and I mean for visual arts not performing arts

University of Texas??? That's fine if you want to be a doctor. For art..... there's only one City - Pittsburgh PA - Try: Carnegie Mellon - other art places (except New York maybe?) teach you how to master Big Lots crafts and flea market crafts. Learn real arts - fine arts
