What are some good comics/graphic novels that I should buy or download?

I've got Watchmen, V for Vendetta, Batman: Year One, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, and Spider-Man; Reign.

since you like watchmen and v for vendetta you should check out some of alan moore's other works, check out From h**l or The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen. You seem to like batman so you would probably like moore's Batman The Killing Joke (it was rated 3rd best batman story by IGN).

Watchmen, V for Vendetta, and the Batmans are all from DC or their imprint Vertigo, so you could check out their other publications. Personally I love Vertigo, check out Y: The last man, Hellblazer, Transmetropolitan (originally from dc's imprint Helix but moved to Vertigo), The Invisibles
