Sorry, I have to say it is Georgia, it is Osettia. Russia is protecting sovereign civilian citizens of Russia from being shelled by an absolute clown of a Georgian president who wants to join NATO (like Turkey) and lecturing moralistically with Condoleeza Rice as a spokesperson on illegal  military intervention is utterly incredible .

There has always been identity theft, but now ther is Medical Identity Theft.  People are going to have costly procedures done in someone elses name.  This charges the unknowing person and also enters false information into theri health record.  Which is very hard to get out.  It's costing the government money in Medicare funds.

The seige in Georgis is a hot topic.  In the state of Essetia, Russia is trying to reunite with the people loyal to the Russian consititution, but only to strip the state of it's natural resources the biggest of which is, of course, oil.  Sorry, no link.
