  1. What are the wedding colours?

What is the venue- inside? outside? a restaurant?

The cheapest and classiest decoration would have to be simple white candles as centerpieces- they never go out of style. You could also add some candles in the wedding colours.

Fairy lights are another idea- particularly if it's outside.

If you want flowers, I recommend going to a rose farm or a lavender farm where you can pick up bunches of flowers very cheaply. Then you could just put them in simple glass vases (Ikea sell them for around $3)

Why would you have a box that people put money in?

  2. go to www.save-on-crafts.com they have good stuff for cheap.

  3. I'm putting rice paper lanterns over my dance floor in the wedding colors (w/o lights) they are around $3 each. rose petals are another good one for the cake table. i have seen it where they put them on the floor right in front of it as well to draw more attention. fresh fruit in masion jars with a couple flowers out of the top can be gorgeous for centerpieces. my cousin used an actual mail box with their names painted on it for the card box. hope this helps!
