  1. There is a small quantity in fromage frais, but there is a higher quantity in banana. There is also quite a lot in Turkey and when warmed, milk also contains quite a lot too. These are all good to have before bed, as tryptophan is a good anxiety buster and also regulates the body's melatonin levels.


  2. Soybeans and parmesan cheese are pretty good sources.  You should also be able to get it as dietary supplement in health food stores.  If you follow my source link, it has a larger list.
