What are some good drills for practicing tennis?

  1. start jogging a lot, it helps with foot movement and getting where you need to be on the court.

    play atleast 3 times a week. and if you don't have a friend available, hit with the wall.

    uhh

    don't hit the crud out of the ball, focus on hitting it where it needs to go.

  4. My boyfriend plays tennis and it's definitely important to keep at the top of your game since it is a physically taxing sport.

  6. blood runs, to get you moving back and forth for long rallies

    hitting serves at an open court, helps get your accuracy and power get better

    get a friend to hit tennis balls while you're at the net for volleys and also at the baseline.  then possibly hit serves against you
