What are some good drugstore hair products that curl the hair well without frizz?

I have tried a lot of gels, but a lot of them give me the really crunchy look & I hate that. I also want something that will eliminate frizz because I have a lot of that!

dont scrunch if you dnt like that scrunchy look.. just apply while wet
