  1. you definitely gotta do some running to help build stronger and bigger lungs...which in turn increases swim performance because you take more effective breaths, less breaths between strokes and longer endurance for distance and sprints. As well, build your abdominal muscles....egg beating is what....leaning slightly forward, knees closer to the chest..that involves a lot of core stabilization.


  2. Wall sits. Lunges. Cardiovascluar for your lungs. Try Plyometrics and Legs & Back video from P90X. The company is a scam but the video isn't. Torrents are available at www.btjunkie.org and you can use utorrent to.. download them.
