I'm the drum major of my schools marching band and it's up to me to come up with different things to do to get everyone to bond. I want to come up with things that pretty much everyone will enjoy, including the drumline (who hates everything not involving disgusting things). So pretty much nothing too juvenile, but it has to be something that we can to in like fifteen minutes before or in the middle of practice. I'll really appreciate your help [:

  1. well this works for cheerleading.. hope it works for you!!

SNOT RIVER. sounds really weird but it is actually fun.

make a starting point then, about 10-20 feet away, an ending point. between the points, the snot river, is off-limits unless you have to special shoes on. each person can walk across, either way, the snot river once. say 'sally' walks across the river with the shoes. now what? she is stuck. so to begin with, sally needs to hold someone on her back, in her arms, or some other crazy way. so then molly, the girl who sally carried, walks back. at some point someone may need to carry multiple people. it was loads of fun and it is a good team work excersize.!!
