  1. hill workouts - find a hill, run up and down it - repeat.

    single leg workouts. go to a basketball court or tennis court or parkinglot. with one leg hop the distance forward, then sideways, then backwards, then sideways the otherway in a big rectangle. repeat 2-5x. you will feel a good burn. this will help all leg muscles.

    intervals, go to a track or basketball court and run at a set distance at 90% exurtion then at 20% repeat for 3-5x

    these will help you get faster and stronger.

    or run for as long as you can

    you could also run 100 meters and see how fast you can do it.

  3. Running is good but if you want something new for fun then try roller blades.

  4. You could always run down your road. You could also do some hill sprints if there are any near you. Or you could just sprint back and forth in your yard. In between each sprint you should take a 5 second breather and take off again. If your yard was 100m than you should do 6, so your at each side 3 times, then take a 3 minute break and do it again. You should do 2-4 of those. You could try some of these.
