  1. google 'plyometrics'. it involves basically a bunch of jumping around and it hones your fast twitch fibers. jumping rope is also a great exercise.


  2. Do push ups every day, as many as you can do. And do crunches

  3. Masturbation and more masturbation

  4. run on hills its going to feel like h**l the first couple of runs but it will get you faster in a short period and when you start running on flat ground you won't even break a sweat

  5. try hill sprints

  6. go to the sporting goods store and buy the most expensive pair of sneakers they have....

  7. Do a search for "plyometrics" this will give you all the info you will need.

  8. run or walk & sit up 50 times in a day

  9. run up your stairs or a steep hill repeatedly

  10. They have this new technique i have read about, you sprint (on a bike or cross trainer) for 8 seconds then go normal speed for 12 seconds, do this for 5 minutes working you way up. I have yet to try it, but I have heard good results for it being good at burning fat, so its good for the heart and good for speed I'm guessing.

    Lighter you ae the faster you go.
