  1. well theres no exact thing you can do to impove your your speed out of the blocks. But what you can do that may help is build some calf muscles that way you can make up for your time in the blocks while running. but what you can do to improve is practice your starting slowly and make sure you use your front foot with all your force that way you kind of propell yourself out. and when you use your front foot to do that make sure you pump your arms correctly. its kind of complicated but it works.
