What are some good exercises or stretches that help you become a better swimmer without being in the water?

i am a beginner swimmer and unfortunately i can not go to a pool everyday

so what are some good exercises for swimmers?

  1. Well, I used to go on my bed and act as if I was riding a bike in the air, to get my legs pumping. You can also do the paddle your legs in the air as if you were swimming. Anotherthing to do is to push your arms in front of you then push then pull them toward you....that is for your sholder blade.....
