What are some good exercises to do to loose weight fast?

I'm going to start doing lots of exercises because this summer I got a bit of chub going on. Any good exercises?

  1. dancing is fun and it's a great workout. I just danced about half and hour ago for 45 min. I downloaded songs like cha cha slide, electric slide, the twist, macarena, the chicken dance, etc. that are fun to dance to.


  2. Some good exercises to loose weight fast include pushups, pullups, chinups, squats and janda situps. These exercises will allow you to build muscle which in turn would make it a lot EASIER to lose the fat.

    Also many people say that long duration cardio is the best way to lose fat however I've found a much more effective way. It's called HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). HIIT is better than regular cardio because it raises your resting metabolic rate for 24 hours, that means that you lose fat for 24 hours, not only that - it also takes less than 30min to do per session. HIIT works by alternating your heart rate from moderate pace to very fast pace.

    An example of HIIT: You walk for 2min then you sprint for 30sec, this becomes 1 cycle. Complete 3 more for a total of 4 cycles. This should take 10min. Over the next few weeks increase by 1 cycle every week until you reach your 8th week - 8 cycles lasting 20min. Maintain this level for the rest of the year.
