What are some good exercises to get six pack abs?

Im 13 and iv been trying to get a six pack for 3 days now...

  2. I usually do some cardio first, then i do some bicycle exercises, then some standard crunches, and then you do a plank for a few seconds. Do this in a cycle about 3-4 times. Hope this helped!


  3. wow 3 days. you cant expect to see results in 3 weeks let alone 3 days. crunbches and hanging leg rasies are the best ab exercizes. you also need to do cardio to lower bf so abs will show.

  4. Well you want to first start out by doing 3 rounds of ten crunches when you can do those easily next you will want to make it 3 rounds of twenty.  You will also want to do some push ups to help the lower abs and once you get good at all of that start slowly adding wait

  5. I have a brother and he's always around the house working out while he's sitting in a chair or watching TV etc. I've asked him before what his most effective workout sessions are. He says the best things he likes to do at home are push-ups and crunches. He likes to do around 100-200 crunches every night before he goes to bed. Do as many that will work for you till your stomach can't go any more. Push-ups are also great for your arms, back, and stomach (tighten your stomach when doing the push-ups).
