What are some good exercises to increase back muscle ?

I don't have any exercise equipment except 2 10lbs dumbells

  1. if you just want to do a workout on your own at home

    wide push ups

    pull ups


  2. push ups and pull ups will do it ;)

  3. you need to do pullups with a overhanded grip.....u need to invest in some equipment and do bent over rows.....and dead lift

  6. doing back presses work good. you can do that at a gym or make a makeshift one at home.... using, um, i dont know.... but you could look it up.....

  7. supermans are really good for the back. and the good thing about it that you dont need any equipment!! all you do is lay on your stomach and lift you legs and arms off the ground at the same time. pretend your trying to make the back of your arms touch the back of your legs. it sounds so stuipd and you might fell dumb but im telling you they work good!!
