  1. Just like Michael said you need to use weighted ball and everything Else he said you also need to practice your pitching motion and practice every other day and lift weights

  2. Also get a barrel of sand and push your pitching arm through that sand it works on your shoulder strength. Weighted balls and also start throwing more daily working on you pitching mechanics, whenever you alter you mechanics from one pitch to another say fast ball to curve ball and you using two different mechanics not only you lose speed on your pitch but could risk injury. All your pitches you learn to throw you should never alter your mechanics. All pitches should have same motion. Once you get that down path you'll start throwing harder and with better control.

So steps for a harder pitcher ( faster)

    1) Work on mechanics daily ( 1/2 hr to an hour)

    2) use weighted balls to throw. Start off easy though.

    3) Work out in gym, get with a trainer or your coach to see which

    exercise best fits your goals.

    4) Use that barrel of sand trick too, that was Rogers Clemens trick..
