What are some good exercises to lose 'love handles'?

  1. yeah, targeting those areas won't actually lose them, just firm the muscles in and around them. Like that guy said, aerobic exercise, diet and if you could be bothered, some strength training.


  2. Side pull ups and certain types of crunch exercises.  But fat really can only be lost with aerobics and good diet plan.

  3. If you Lean against the wall and act like if your sitting in a chair do it for a while its really good you know its working when you feel the burn and its better if you lift a leg put it down do the other....but its a lot harder.
