  1. FRUIT AMBROSIA

    2 c. heavy whipping cream

    1/2 c. sugar

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1/2 tsp. almond extract

    1 large can mandarin oranges, drained

    1-2 cans fruit cocktail, drained

    1/2 c. coconut (optional)

    3-5 c. miniature marshmellows

    Beat cream, sugar & extracts until very stiff peaks.  Fold in fruit & marshmellows.......chill..........This is a family favorite, and kids, especially, absolutely LOVE it

    INGREDIENTS

    2 (3 pound) chicken, split in half lengthwise

    garlic powder to taste

    ground black pepper to taste

    2 pinches seasoned salt

    2 (12 fluid ounce) cans or bottles beer

    1 cup butter

    1/4 cup garlic powder

    2 tablespoons seasoned pepper

    Preheat grill for high heat.

    In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the beer, butter, 1 tablespoon garlic powder and seasoned pepper. Heat in the microwave for 2 minutes, or until butter is melted and mixture is hot. Set aside.

    Season chicken generously with the garlic powder, ground black pepper and seasoned salt to taste.

    Brush the grilling surface with oil. Place chicken onto the grill bone side down. Close the lid, and cook for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken skin is starting to blister.

    Turn the chicken over, so it is bone side up. They will be black and charred, but the chicken meat will be fine. Pierce the membrane of the bone with a fork, and ladle some of the beer mixture into the 'cup' formed by the bones. Throw a teaspoon or so of garlic powder on the coals, close the lid, and seal the vents.

    Repeat ladling the beer mixture into the chicken, and throwing garlic powder onto the coals every 5 minutes,

    3/4 bottle of zasty italian dressing

    chopped red onion

    yellow pepper

    red pepper

    green pepper

    cucumbers

    tomato

    1/2 bottle of MCCormicks salad seasing in spice section..

    theres normally not too many pasta thngs there so it works out great!!

  5. Try grilling fresh pineapple :

    Peel and core pineapple

    cut into rings

    brush with mixture of OJ and honey

    grill about 2-3 min on each side

    serve with vanilla ice cream
