Can anyone suggest some foods for a 13 year old to eat that have protein for high energy?

  1. Before running I used to eat bananas.  For protein have fish and skinless chicken.  


  2. eat some ramen noodles, they're pretty great....and drink a few red bulls

  4. lots of fish, pasta and bananas. dont eat them all together it may not taste too good. my little brother eats like a can of tuna or salmon everyday. invent some tasty meals and snacks.  

  5. Peanut butter is excellent and high in iron too .

    A peanut butter sanny is better for you than a ham sanny .

  6. this is within dietary guideline's as it equals the 5 food brackets.

    make yourself a normal jam sandwich then lay the slices out flat ,if you like bananas then slice them thinly and lay on top of the jam . go to mums lollie stash and put i[only one]  cube of chocolate and 1 only marshmallow on top of the bananas then put 2  more slices of jam spread bread on that and put it into the sandwich toaster. when cooked remove from the toaster and brush with melted butter and dust with a little cinnamon.   this is the same as having a slice of bread =carbs  , fruit and sugars, the same as what mum would give you when you came home from school but  deliciously decadent. enjoy

  7. if you want to keep it healthy you can eat some meat, beens,penut butter and jelly sandwich a lot of chicken. in less word just to have a balanced meal not some fast food staff. but if his 13 and his lacking of energy it might be puberty.

    the best is lots of bananas and potassium, a vitamin that gives you energy.

    also other examples of sources of potassium: potatoes, avocados, orange juice, whole grain like whole grain cereal and whole grain pasta. also dairy products such as milk. so if you eat a bowl of cereal in the morning, you're starting on the right foot!
