What are some good foods/supplements for women of childbearing age?

I had a miscarriage recently. Since then, my body has "stalled". I'm not having periods. What are some good foods or herbal supplements that promote women's health that would prepare my body for future pregnancies? Any advice will help. Thank you!

  2. foods rich in iron and folic acid (like dark chocolate :)) calcium, ..basically a balanced diet is what you want. also try supplements. I took femMED (which has chasteberry/vitex,   saw palmetto, wild yam and raspberry in it,> all fertility boosters and hormone balancers in it) and I became pregnant in a month
