What are some good free search websites to find people?

I've been trying to look for somebody's new address and they moved in the end of December 2007 and I've looked at all kinds of websites like http://www.zabasearch.com and other free search websites. What website is most up to date over where people live? What other ways can you find out where people live too? Besides the phone book. Thank you to all who answer!! By the way, I'm not a stalker. I just need to know where they live in case I want to send them something. I can't ask them or they will think I'm weird and wonder what my problem is.

The best two which aggregate from the Internet are Zoominfo.com and Naymz.com. They take information from the web and make profiles for people in the hopes that they will stumbleupon them and join the social network.
