Its difficult to know which gloves to get, but I want a really good pair of gloves to help with this numbness. I have done my best to switch my weight to the seat and legs, but you know its difficult when you're bent over going fast.

  2. I have some Pearl Izumi fingerless that work great.  I also have some full-finger Haro's that are excellent for colder weather or mountain biking.   Numbness will still happen even with gloves if you dont change your hand positions frequently enough.   I move mine every 5 min. if not more often when out on my road bike.

  3. I like Pearl Izumi Gel Lite gloves.

FYI - They also make a long finger version for winter use.

Also, you may want to try putting gel pads on your handlebars.  Insofar as they go under the bar tape, they are a bit of a pain to install.  But they do provide a bit more of a cushioned ride and absorb some vibration.  I like the Fizzik bar gels.

    Hope this helps.

  4. Any Specialized "BG" gloves.

Although, I've found any sort of glove/mitts help really.

Also, vary your hand positions regularly.
