then give a wry smile and walk away....

tell them you can buy the same thing at a lower price at a store down the street.

Learn how to gasp in pain and clutch your chest as if you are having a heart attack.  Or just shake you head sadly and start to walk away.  You won't get two steps before they call you back and make another offer.  Shake you head and say you can't afford to pay more than *** (a little less than half what they first asked).  Then they feign their heart attack and the fun begins.  Good luck!!

it depends where u are

like china, my old social studies teacher went to china, and haggled pretty well by doing this:

if they dont accept ur price, shake ur head sadly (LOL sry) and walk out of the store. they will come back and either accept ur offer or they will make another offer. good luck

If you are in Turkey, Start to walk away.... they drop the price or  offer a ridiculous low price and come up to the price you want to pay then stick to it

if you really want something for 5 dollars, ask for it for 7, and they will give you the price you want.
