What are some good haircuts or dos for fall?

I want a haircut and I'm sick of just getting it layered. My hair SUCKS and does nothing. I have bangs andi really want to grow them out, but I'm getting frustrated because theyre only like down to the bottom of my eyes and are taking forever to grow out. Do you need to have them all the way grown out to get sidebangs? i know nothing about hair, so i need help! Please! Styles! Dos! ANYTHING!!!!

you don't need to grow them out.I had bangs my self down to my eyes and I was looking for a punkish hairstyle with the bangs to the side but if they are shorter than that than yes you are going to have to grow them out...I know this because I am on my way to become a hairstylist

grip pins for hair are great, you could make a quiff with your bangs or...imagine a line running across the top of your head and the top layer of hair(must be a small amount) and hold it back like you would for a half pony tail, push forward slightly and pin...tada.. Brigitte Bardot hair. Also expand on hair accessories and use them! with products you'd probably benefit from volume mousse and shine serum, use the mousse and the crown for a life and serum for more control and smoothness at the ends.Hair spray works well for volumizing too and getting a bedhead look, spray it on the ends off your fingers and make a claw like shape with your hands and rake through the top of the crown in the opposite wall the hair falls.
