What are some good high protein and high calorie recipes?

I eat alot of chicken and steak, but im looking to put on some mass and the usual recipes are getting alittle old

  1. Turkey is great and is low in fat/high in protein.

    I also got bored of eating chicken and I am looking at new meats to try out. Apparently oestreich meat is packed with protein and is meant to taste nice, I am trying to source some to try it out.

    I am also making a venison casserole on Sunday, now that I am looking forward to!

    There are loads of good meats out there worth trying. I often eat pigeon which is really nice, but a little tough unless the bird is young.

    The best way to find decent recipes is to first think of a meat/meal you want, then put it into google and search, you should find loads of recipes.

    If you like fish, you could try scallops. I tried some last week and they were delicious, they are low in fat but high in protein - they don't contain many calories though so you'd have to make a high calorie source or something to go with them.

    d**n this is making me hungry, and you reminded me I need to order the venison tomorrow!

  2. Try eating fish, salmon, shark, tuna...

    Also try combination foods like cassoroles, pasta dishes, even stir frys.
