What are some good home made exfoliators?

And how could I make them, plus would I only need to use it once a week?

I wouldn't advise you to use home made exfoliators because not only does it waste your time getting the right ingredients, then making it and then you will also not be aware of the right proportion of mixing the ingredients. Also the price of these home made stuff run near to some good and cheap exfoliators that are nowadays available.

So, I would recommend you try something thats available at most stores and can be bought online. Zenmed's AHA/BHA complex is a perfect exfoliator, which contains purified water, glycolic acid and BHA as its primary base ingredients. The three blend together to give the skin a gentle exfoliant and thereby removes skin impurities like oiliness, dirt, clogged pores and even scar marks. Yesterday I did an egg white facial, and it got rid of my dry skin and oily nose!!  It was crazy, it got so tight on my face. All you have to do is whip an egg white until it gets bubbly. Then, slather it on your face. I suggest you lay down to let it dry. After that, wash it off! it's so easy! I sugget doing it 1-2 times a week! I hope it works for you like it works for me!
