  1. Avocado and chicken sandwich.

    Baked Salmon

    Avocado shrimp salad (or basically any kind of salad)

    stir fry veggies

    Fruit salad

  2. The great thing about homemade meals is you know exactly what is in your food cos you are making it! If you remember some basic rules the options are endless.

    Chicken fillets and fish are healthier than red meats.

    Avoid frying your foods, baking, poaching and steaming are better.

    Eat lots of salad and veggies.

    Use hers and spices to flavour rather than fats and salts.

    My favorite healthy meals are

    Chicken and veggie stir fry using a tiny bit of olive oil

  3. do a fresh mix,,, get some summer veggies cut them up with a little olive oil,,,, sautee, add minced garlic,,,, fresh tomatoes cut up,,,,, then serve over rice or pasta,,,,

    i used squash, onions, tomato, zucchini, red and green peppers

  4. lots of fish!  and green veggies!  which happen to go very well together, so i guess fish and veggies :)  grease is the main thing to avoid along with sugars and late night carbs, if you want to keep a nice figure.  or, forget watching what you eat and excercise more.  that way you don't have to calorie count or concern yourself with what's good and not good for you.

Freshly cooked home made food is the best to keep yourself fit & fine.Lots & lots of green vege (steamed & sauted) With multigrain chapatis or bread are wise options.For gravy use less fat moderate salt & less spices.Use more & more herbs(Basil,Parsely,coriander,mint etc) fresh fruit smoothies,low fat yoghurt,Sprouts,salads these are things one must include in daily intake.This will keep you energetic,slim & fit.

    for non veg variety use steamed fish,grilled chicken with lemon & herbs.for mineral intake take almonds ( 5 in no every day) seeds,walnuts.Herbals teas are best.good simple diet with some walk or excercises will keep you energetic.Good luck stay healthy
