oh my gosh that above answer is full of it. If you eat lots of poppy seeds its going to come up positive for heroin in your drug test.

Try niacin or certo.

Well, you could try not using drugs! (WOW!  There's an original idea.) But it's true, anything with poppy seeds will make it look like you've been using drugs.  As you might know, that's because poppies are related to opium (remember in The Wizard of Oz, when they were all in the poppy field, and they started falling asleep?)  Other than that, I don't know what else to tell ya.
