  1. i do not believe in home schooling because i think kid should have real life experiences too

  2. There are some links to homeschooling programs here:

I can't vouch for them personally, but they're worth checking out.

  3. Well, if the parent doesn't mind teaching, you can order school books from various companies. A few I reccomend are Abeka and Saxon Math. Depending on your values and morals, you can also get some Christian Thinking books..

If you would not like to order books, then look online for a R.O.C.K. Solid store, they sell pretty much every homeschool book known to man.

If you would rather take classes online for high school, check out virtual schools. A good school I know of in Florida is FLVS(Florida virtual school). The link is www.flvs.net

    Hope this helps.

  4. TRISMS is among the best I've seen.  It allows you to do your own research, form your own views, and put together your own coursework.  It includes literature, writing, history, worldview, history of science and technology, art/art history, and plenty of other things.  It's at the following link:

For science, I really like Apologia. It's got relevant information presented in a clear way, very little "busy work" type assignments, and the book and the labs are supplemented with a CDRom.  You can even get an MP3 of the books if you learn best by hearing.

Writing...IEW.  Hands down.  My favorite by far.

Lit Analysis...Lightning Lit or Teaching the Classics.

Math...VideoText Interactive.  Easy to understand, challenging yet not overly difficult, presented on DVD/DVDRom so you can watch the lesson as many times as you need to.  They'll send you a free sampler.
