What are some good horror movies from the 80s/90s?

I'm looking for some decent slashers from the 80's and 90's? I want movies like Scream, Nightmare on Elm Street, Idle Hands (favorite movie), Urban Legends, etc. So pretty much teenage slashers.

ya cant beat FRIDAY THE 13TH series, especially 7 when Jason gets his *** kicked byt that girl...HALLOWEEN movies and especially the HALLOWEEN remake in 2007 from Rob Zombie...EXCELLENT !  Not too many horrors in those years cause they belonged to Bruce Willis and Mel Gibson !  LOL
