What are some good hostels in central america?

Question

Most interested in hostels that are more rugged/unique: hammocks, views, bungalow style, palm woven walls/roof, etc.

I am looking specifically in the coastal areas of Panama, on the islands, interior of Panama easily accessible by bus and a short walk from bus stations.

Also interested in hostels in Nicaragua, Honduras and Belize. I prefer places with both dorm and private rooms. I will be traveling by myself so places with some foreign traveler traffic would be best.

one good rout is to check out some of the resorts a lot of times they can give you a better price than the hotels depending on how long you plan on staying
