It's easy as pie!

You'll need a sock, glue, scissors, a ping pong ball and fabric if you're feeling adventurous.

Cut the ping pong ball in half and glue it on as eyes (draw the pupils on in black marker)

Make ears and a tongue if you want and sew/glue them on.

Look at the CITV puppet for inspiration. I absolutely love it.

You could make paper eyelashes for a girl :)
