Can anyone suggest any catalogues or websites that I can look at?

I'm not sure what you mean by 'going green promo'.  If you want to encourage it, there are many things you could do without catalogs, etc.  Set up a recycling center for paper, including shredded paper, get everyone to bring a reuseable coffee cup, organize car pools, get your co-workers to turn off computers overnight and when not using them for extended periods of time, put your office thermostats a little higher in summer and lower in winter.  If you are looking for promotional items, I suggest the Arbor Day Foundation-- you can order small trees packed in tubes to give away and have your clients plant them.  ( arborday.org).  Almost anything else I can think of would contribute to the problem, not help, although there are pencils and rulers made from recycled material, or maybe, if your budget can support it, organic cotton t-shirts with your company's logo on them or cloth grocery bags.  Good luck with your project!
