Not to expencive and my sister and i are sharing it

im more of a party fun girl and she is likes to read into music has a small group of ppl she hangs with.

You could get a cake decorating kit or two (a lot of places will have Wilton starter kits) and have fun baking and decorating your own birthday cake or cupcakes. Cake decorating is fun and not too hard of a thing to do. My best friend and I did this for our 16th birthday. We had a lot of fun and we are still best friends. Thats been quite a few years ago. We still talk about it!
