Question:

What are some good ideas for really PT work?

I'm dealing w/2 health issues that need time for me to heal.[one is being anemic] and have to get a B12 injection tomorrow.

The other is Lymes.

Anyway, my energy gets so zapped because my body needs healing.

I don't want to sit around doing nothing all the time.

Like 4-5 hrs. a day is plenty until I'm healed.

[this is VERY frustrating} please some helpful supportive answers would be most appreciated, thank you.

It sounds like I'm lazy but in fact I am not.

I have 2 medical conditions in which I'm being currently treated for. But don't want it to put such a damper on my daily life. Rest is great, but being active PT is also healthy.
