What are some good ideas for things to do on a hott day?

Im trying to do something with my boyfriend this sunday... But its going to be 90 degrees. I dont want to be out in the sun where I'll sweat like a pig... do you guys have any ideas of something to do on a hott day? i cant go to his house because he has so many roomates and no privacy .. he shares a room with like 4 people... and at my house i cant bring guys over... so its like we have nothing to do but go outside... and thats not what im trying to do! help me ? I dont have a job by the way and we both have no money! so dont suggest things hat cost money, help me with free ideas

go to a park and have a picnic (in the shade) or i would suggest swimming but i guess that costs money...
