Me and my team are always all over the place, like we aren't even a team. The hitters are pretty good, but there's one who needs help. The other setter is good, but doesn't seem to know what she's doing. I am a setter, too, so any tips for that would be greatly appreciated. We also need ideas for putting our hair up during games. Most of the girls have shoulder-length hair, other than me and two other girls. Two of the girls have really, really short hair(for Kara that's no prob because hers is only an inch). I have really long hair, so I usually just do braids or a ponytail. Macey is the one who needs help the most, because her hair is short, but still gets in her face alot, and is too short to put into a ponytail. She's tried clips, but they always fall out, and the headbands won't stay around her head.

Alot of the players need better conditioning, so that would be appreciated, too. Not to mention they all need to get along better. Please help!

  1. Getting along better...

do a sleep over at your school gym or at someone's house. Do stuff like truth circle where you get to ask 6 questions and they have to answer it truthfully. Eat dinner together and watch a movie... do the girl bonding stuff.

For your other setter.. if youre a good setter you should work with her and teach her how to do those things.

    Hair...

She can gel it down lol but i dont think it will look good... If her hair is just a little long enough you can get someone to braid the front part of her hair into corn rows and leave the other half alone.

    Conditioning...

ask your coach if they can set up some weight lifting hours for your team.
